I'm back! Spring is about to sprung and so am I! How shall I explain ... I met prince charming, he swept me off my feet and a few other things! Nah. I won the lottery and went on the binge of a lifetime! Nah. I was asked to run as a presidential candidate and was trying to raise the funding? Nah. Better put, and the truth, I ran away for New Years to a nice warm climate for some peace and rejuvenation. Upon my return I have been dealing with some things from my past that just won't go away. They zap me and weigh heavy in my thoughts and I am resolved to obliterate them and put them in their place. Unfortunately the system does not have the sense of urgency I do so that trains keeps a rolling! A cause worth fighting for but nonetheless, not one I enjoy in the least! That's life! Character building! Reality sucks at times. Oops, will that get edited?

So, for an update, I would like to tell you some wild stories about funny dates and outings, but I really don't have any. At least that I care to talk about at this time! Have I, could I, should I? Friends, acquaintances, ships passing in the night? My head can truly whirl at times! Yes, often martini related! (gotta love it). I have taken the path of fate/destiny. I am sure I have talked about this before … the man of my dreams will be dropped from the sky right on to my driveway. Kind of like the stork delivering babies. No questions asked.

Ok, I have had a few meet and greets, dinner chats. Friend of a friend thing. DOA! Nice guys, just not for me. Then there is the more mature crowd. Please NO OFFENSE, but I draw the line at 10 years older. I know there are exceptions to every rule, bring 'em on, but I have found this to be my own personal guideline/rule! I seem to have this magnetic pull in that direction. Not my pull though, theirs! Not saying it could not happen but it is a little odd when their sons or daughters are creeping up within my age range. No Toys-R-Us runs for that crowd! How about some nutritional supplements and a protein shake! Yes I do indulge in those, I am not making fun!#$%^&*

I forge forward! Trying to maintain those New Year's Resolutions. Ah, how soon we forget. Hoping that the glug of life will soon be resolved and I can move forward and conquer, oh the thoughts, whatever comes my way, if I so desire! I have lots of ideas and some belated stories to put together that I hope you find interesting and informative. Speaking of informative … I want to hear from YOU! Questions? I have lots of ideas and maybe a great answer? Suggestions? Comments? I take any and all advice!

I leave you with a quote:

"Just remember the world is not a playground but a schoolroom.
Life is not a holiday but an education.
One eternal lesson for us all: to teach us how better we should love."
